Preheat your grill to medium heat. 2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties. 3. Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 4. While the patties are grilling, toast the hamburger buns. 5. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom buns. 6. Place a patty on each bottom bun. 7. Top each patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. 8. Place the top buns on the burgers. 9. Serve immediately.
