Fever Seafood Ingredients: 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 pound of mussels, scrubbed and debearded 1 pound of clams, scrubbed 1/2 cup of dry white wine 1/4 cup of olive oil 1/2 cup of chopped onion 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 teaspoon of dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley Instructions: 1. In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, heat the olive oil. 2. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. 3. Add the garlic and oregano and cook for 1 minute more. 4. Add the shrimp, mussels, and clams. 5. Pour in the white wine and bring to a boil. 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!
