Game description:

The former second-in-command of the Shinsengumi, Isami Kondo, was known as the "Demonic Vice-Commander" for his fierce fighting skills and ruthlessness. He was also a skilled strategist and tactician, and is credited with leading the Shinsengumi to many victories. However, he was also a controversial figure, and was eventually executed for treason.
