Be careful, the Dog Catcher is armed and dangerous, and he will stop at nothing to keep the dogs from being freed. Here are some tips for completing the mission: Use your weapons to destroy the Dog Catcher's car. Avoid being hit by the Dog Catcher's car. Free all the dogs that have been captured. Once you have completed the mission, you will be rewarded with a sense of accomplishment and the knowledge that you have helped to save the lives of many innocent dogs."
