Game description:

Launch your bear and collect pickups to earn money for upgrades. Your bear is ready to launch! Use your arrow keys to aim and fire, and collect as many pickups as you can to earn money for upgrades. The more pickups you collect, the higher your score will be. But be careful, the obstacles are getting more difficult as you progress. Can you reach the end of the level?
