You can get a head start on your work, or go for a run or workout before the rest of the world is even awake. Of course, there are also some downsides to being an early bird. For one thing, it can be tough to go to bed early enough to get a good night's sleep. And if you're not a morning person, it can be hard to get up and get going in the early hours of the morning. But overall, I think the benefits of being an early bird outweigh the downsides. If you can make the adjustment, I encourage you to give it a try.
