In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. 2. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper and cook until softened. 3. Stir in the black beans, corn, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 4. Stir in the cilantro and serve.
