Add the bell peppers and cook until softened. 5. Add the black beans, corn, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. 6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the flavors have melded. 7. Stir in the cilantro and serve.
