1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. 3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract. Fold in chocolate chips and candy bars. Pour filling over graham cracker crust. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until filling is set. Let cool completely before serving. This candy bar cheesecake is best served chilled. Enjoy!
