The morning air was crisp and cold, and the ground was covered in a thick blanket of snow. Dianna woke up and looked out the window, smiling. It was her favorite weather, because it meant she could go outside and build snowmen and snow angels. She got dressed in her winter clothes, layering a warm sweater and a coat over her long-sleeved shirt and leggings. She put on a hat and mittens, and then headed outside. The snow was falling heavily, and the flakes were swirling in the wind. Dianna made a snowman, and then she used her mittens to make a snow angel. She played in the snow for hours, until she was exhausted. When she went back inside, she was warm and happy. She had had a wonderful time playing in the snow.
