1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a large bowl, combine the steak, olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and bay leaf. 4. Pour the marinade over the steak and turn to coat. 5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight. 6. Remove the steak from the marinade and place on a baking sheet. 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through. 8. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
