New Work Week at the Farm The sun is shining brightly as the farmer wakes up early on Monday morning. He stretches and yawns, then heads out to the barn to start his day. The farmer has a lot of work to do today. He needs to feed the animals, milk the cows, and harvest the crops. But first, he needs to park all of the tractors in their proper places. The farmer walks out to the yard and sees that the tractors are all scattered about. He sighs and gets to work. He carefully drives each tractor back to its designated spot. Once all of the tractors are parked, the farmer heads back into the barn. He grabs a bucket of feed and heads out to the pasture to feed the cows. The cows are hungry and they eagerly eat the feed from the farmer's hand. After feeding the cows, the farmer heads back to the barn to milk them. He puts on his milking gloves and begins to milk the cows one by one. The cows seem to enjoy being milked and they moo contentedly as the farmer works. After milking the cows, the farmer heads out to the fields to harvest the crops. He grabs a scythe and begins to cut the wheat. The wheat is ripe and it falls easily to the ground. The farmer works hard all day and by the end of the day, he is exhausted. But he is also satisfied with the work he has done. He knows that his hard work will help to provide for his family and the community.
