Jesse Pinkman was a small-time methamphetamine user, manufacturer, and dealer. He was also an inattentive student in Walter White's chemistry class. After partnering with White in the meth business, Pinkman became a major player in the drug trade. He was eventually arrested and sentenced to prison. However, he was able to escape and go into hiding. He later returned to Albuquerque and helped White to destroy the meth empire that they had built together. Pinkman was a complex and contradictory character. He was capable of great violence and cruelty, but he also had a strong sense of loyalty and friendship. He was ultimately a victim of the drug trade, and his story is a cautionary tale about the dangers of addiction.
