Use your reflexes to predict where the ball will bounce and keep it from passing through the sides. Reflexes are involuntary actions that are triggered by a stimulus. The more you play, the better you will become at predicting where the ball will go. Keeping the ball from passing through the sides is a matter of coordination and timing. You need to be able to react quickly to the ball's bounce and move your paddle in the right direction to keep it from going out of bounds.
