1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, or until well combined. 3. Divide the batter between the two prepared pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 4. Let the cakes cool completely before frosting. 5. To make the frosting, combine the chocolate frosting and red frosting in a bowl. Beat until smooth. 6. Frost the cooled cakes with the chocolate-red frosting. 7. Decorate the cakes with candy corn, marshmallows, licorice, and white chocolate chips. 8. Refrigerate the cakes for at least 30 minutes before serving. Your spooky Halloween cake is sure to be a hit at your party!
