Do you miss summer? I know I do. The long, warm days, the lazy afternoons spent swimming and sunbathing, the delicious ice cream cones on a hot day... Summer is the time for fun and relaxation, and I'm always sad to see it end. But even though summer is over, we can still enjoy some of its best flavors by making this amazing Ice Cream Cake. This dessert is light, refreshing, and absolutely delicious, and it will make you feel like you're back on a beach in the sun. To make this cake, you'll need: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup melted butter 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened 1/2 cup chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. 3. In a large bowl, combine the vanilla and chocolate ice cream. Fold in the chocolate chips. 4. Pour the ice cream mixture over the graham cracker crust. 5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight. 6. Before serving, let the cake stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften slightly. Enjoy!
