The bear family has gone fishing. Baby bear Todd wants to surprise his parents, so he stays home and designs a new house for them out of honey. He uses all the sweet stuff he can find to make the house as cozy and inviting as possible. When his parents return, they are so happy with the surprise that they give Todd a big hug.
