The turkeys were in a panic. Christmas was coming, and they knew that meant one thing: they would be on the dinner table. The turkeys had hatched a daring plan to escape. They would sneak out of the barn at night and hide in the woods. But the fox had other plans. He had been watching the turkeys, and he knew their plan. On Christmas Eve, the fox waited in the woods for the turkeys to come out. When they did, he pounced. The turkeys were caught off guard, and they didn't stand a chance. The fox quickly devoured them all. The next morning, the farmer found the empty turkey pen. He was furious. He had been looking forward to a big Christmas dinner, and now all of his turkeys were gone. He vowed to catch the fox and teach him a lesson. But the fox was too clever for the farmer. He hid in the woods and never came out. The farmer eventually gave up and went back to his farm. The turkeys were gone, but their story was not over. Their daring escape had inspired other animals to dream of freedom. Soon, all of the farm animals were plotting to escape. One night, the animals made their move. They snuck out of the barn and hid in the woods. The farmer was furious when he found the empty barn, but there was nothing he could do. The animals were gone. The animals lived happily ever after in the woods. They never forgot the turkeys, and they always remembered their daring escape.
