White Chocolate Berry Mousse Ingredients: 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped 1 cup heavy cream, divided 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pint fresh berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries Instructions: 1. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Stir until the chocolate melts, then remove from the heat. 2. In a medium bowl, beat the cream until soft peaks form. Set aside. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. 4. Add the melted chocolate to the sour cream mixture and whisk until smooth. 5. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until combined. 6. Pour the mousse into individual serving dishes or a large trifle bowl. Top with fresh berries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
