Salmon Tacos Ingredients: 1 pound of fresh salmon fillet, skinned and cut into 1-inch pieces 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 8 small corn tortillas 1 cup of shredded lettuce 1 cup of diced tomatoes 1/2 cup of chopped red onion 1/2 cup of guacamole 1/4 cup of sour cream Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. 3. Spread the salmon out on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. 4. While the salmon is baking, warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat. 5. To assemble the tacos, place a tortilla on each plate. Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, guacamole, and sour cream. Add the salmon and fold the tortillas in half. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
