A Delicious Dish for Christmas This is a delicious dish that can be added to your Christmas celebration this year. Try it and serve it with your family during this joyful time. Ingredients: 1 pound of ground beef 1/2 cup of chopped onion 1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper 1 (15 ounce) can of black beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 ounce) can of corn, drained 1 (10 ounce) can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained 1 teaspoon of chili powder 1 teaspoon of ground cumin 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro Instructions: 1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. 2. Add the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper and cook until softened. 3. Stir in the black beans, corn, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. 4. Stir in the cilantro and serve.
