Panna Cotta Panna cotta is a delicious Italian dessert made with cream, sugar, and gelatin. It is simple to make and can be customized with a variety of flavors and toppings. Ingredients 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 4 sheets gelatin 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced 1/2 cup chocolate sauce Instructions 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. 2. Remove from heat and add the gelatin sheets. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. 3. Pour the mixture into 4 ramekins or small bowls. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. 4.
